Do you have a question about re:group? Check out this list of our most commonly asked questions. If your question isn't answered, contact us using email address at the bottom of this page.

  • What if someone in my group needs to bring a small child or a nursing infant?

While families are extremely important to us, we're unable to accommodate children at re:group, Children aren't allowed in the main sessions or in breakouts. If you need to bring a nursing infant with you, we'll provide a nursing room with a live feed of the main sessions only, but you'll need to make arrangements for off-site childcare during non-feeding times.

  • My group doesn't speak English. Can we make arrangements for translations?

Due to disruption to other guests and possible interference between translation devices and audio equipment used throughout our facility, translation equipment is prohibited during any of the sessions, breakouts, or roundtable discussions.

  • Is there a discount for churches that use 252 Basics or First Look?

These two curricula are produced by an organization called "The reThink Group," which is not a part of North Point Ministries. We're unable to provide any discounts for anyone who uses their products.

  • Do you offer a group discount?

No. The registration rates are as low as possible per person based on conference capacity.

  • How do I add another person to my group after the conference sells out?

Additions to existing registrations will be added to a waiting list. Request instructions for adding someone to the waiting list by sending an email to the address below.
