+ WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE?
The conference begins on Monday, July 13, at 1:00 p.m. EDT and goes through Sunday, July 26.
But even though the conference ends on July 26, all ticket holders will now have their access to all conference videos and content automatically extended! Once the conference ends on July 26th, ticket holders can still watch all the content, including keynotes and Q&As that were originally streamed live, through August 11th.
Originally the conference was scheduled in May, but the COVID-19 pandemic required us to shut down filming to protect our speakers and crews. As a result, we've had to move the conference to the new July dates.
+ WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE?
This year's conference is completely online, so you can access it on your laptop, tablet, phone, or TV!
+ IS RE:GROUP 2020 ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yep! You can find us on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
+ HOW MUCH ARE TICKETS?
Tickets are just $20/person, so we'd love for you to involve your entire team!
+ CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TICKETS?
Absolutely! We've intentionally priced tickets low to encourage you to purchase multiple tickets for your staff and volunteers. At checkout, we'll ask for YOUR contact information, and leading up to the conference, we’ll collect the email addresses for your additional tickets.
+ WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?
Each ticket buys a login and password for one person to access the online re:group 2020 experience.
+ CAN I CANCEL, TRANSFER, OR SELL MY TICKET?
Because this year's conference is 100% online and personalized to your email address, you won't be able to cancel, sell, or transfer your ticket.
+ WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY RE:GROUP 2020 WILL INVOLVE "MASTER CLASSES"?

+ When Are the Keynotes and LIVE Q&As?
The exact details are still in progress, but the keynotes and Q&As will happen over both weeks of the conference. If you can't join us for a live session, don't worry! All of the streams will be available on-demand once they have concluded.
+ When Will I Get Access to re:group 2020?
Approximately one week before the conference, you'll receive an email at the email address you provided at registration. It will contain your username and password for logging in to the conference platform. re:group 2020 content will be available beginning at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on Monday, July 13.
+ How Can I Leverage This for My Staff?

+ Why Should I Purchase Tickets for My Volunteers?
re:group 2020 will feature a volunteer training track, so you can leverage the conference to train your volunteers while you also access great small group content. If you host a volunteer training event during the two weeks of the conference, be sure to take photos and tag us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter so we can share your great ideas with other church leaders!
+ Do I Have to Download Anything to Watch the Conference?
Nope! If you have a ticket, you can access re:group 2020 right from your browser. That said, for the best mobile experience, you can download the re:group 2020 mobile app for iOS and Android. All access links and login info will be provided to ticket holders prior to the conference.
+ Will Tickets Sell Out?
Nope! Because re:group 2020 is 100% online, limited seating and crowded bathrooms between sessions are not issues. So, the more, the merrier.

Every other Wednesday until the conference begins, you can join us to discuss the biggest questions and tension points in your groups ministry.
